MOLD FLOW ANALYSIS

Quality can be pre-designed. So mold flow analysis will be done first before actual mould manufacturing. Our engineers will study the conditions of mould running and try to find the potential problems, such as shrinkage, welding line, warpaget etc, through simulation analysis. By adopting the advanced CAD/CAM/CAE system, we can solve many of the problems in the computer before the actual mould manufacturing in the workshops.
